Applications:

GERENOL ® 2800L is a specialized wetting agent for sulfur water-dispersible granules (WG) works by reducing the surface tension of water and improving the interaction between water and sulfur granules. Penetration and Hydration – The wetting agent lowers water’s surface tension, allowing it to penetrate and spread more easily over the hydrophobic sulfur granules. This ensures that water reaches all granules uniformly. Granule Dispersion – Once wetted, the granules begin to break apart and disperse in water. The wetting agent helps by reducing interparticle attraction, preventing clumping or floating of sulfur particles. Uniform Suspension Formation – The wetting agent helps maintain a stable suspension by preventing rapid settling of sulfur particles, ensuring even distribution in the spray solution for consistent field application.
