Regional Business Manager, Middle-East

Location: Multan/Lahore - based in Pakistan

Job Summary:

Surfactant Chemical Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Manager to drive sales, market expansion, and business development in the Middle Eastern agrochemical sector. This role requires technical expertise in agrochemicals, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop strong client relationships, explore new market opportunities, and execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and establish new business opportunities in chemical and agrochemical sectors across the Middle East.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Technical Support & Product Training: Provide expert guidance to customers and sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemical applications.
  • Competitive Analysis & Business Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work with R&D, marketing, and operations to position Surfactant Chemicals for sustainable business growth.
  • Sales Planning & Performance Metrics: Develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives. 


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in agrochemical sales, technical support, or surfactant chemistry.
  • Degree in Chemicals, Agriculture, or related field (Sales & Marketing experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in market expansion, business leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agrochemical formulations and application science.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for business engagement.
