On the Board of Directors, Paul leads Strategy and Business Development for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region.
Paul is a proven results driven leader with over 30 years of international chemical industry experience in technical, commercial, and business development roles for ICI, Orica, Huntsman and currently Ixom, where he leads the Agriculture and Pulp & Paper businesses for Australia and New Zealand.
Earlier positions as a qualified Industrial chemist include technical positions in surfactants where he developed global patented technologies for agrochemical formulations and pioneered commercial growth strategies for expansion into Asia.
With a passion for new products and their applications Paul moved into global marketing and regional commercial director roles based in China and Singapore across several chemical industries including energy, materials and consumer markets. Paul has a track record for building and developing successful teams and fostering relationships in multicultural environments to deliver growth outcomes. He holds high standards for quality, product performance, integrity, risk management and health and safety.
Paul holds a bachelor with honors degree in in Chemical Industry from the University of Tasmania and a graduate diploma of management from the University of New England.
